Big Moxie is an all original, hard rock band from Arizona. Originally formed in 2001, Big Moxie delivers raw, punchy, groove-laden songs that are often compared to the stylings of Stone Temple Pilots, Three Doors Down, Everclear, and Foo Fighters, to name a few. The cd, “Bacteria”, was released in 2004, and found commercial success with regular rotation on the local radio as well as on XM Satellites ‘Unsigned’ station. After playing hundreds of shows between 2001-2005, the band decided to take a break from the scene. Flash forward to late 2010, the band decided to dust off the songs for a show, which, much to the bands surprise, brought out an over-capacity crowd. A couple of more shows after that brought the same attention convincing Big Moxie they could no longer deny the pull and it was time to rock again!
So, re-energized and re-focused, the Big Moxie machine rolls on. New technology and social media brings new opportunities, and the band is looking forward to delivering more high-energy, fat-groove, hard-driving shows that have become synonymous with Big Moxie concerts.
